Diaphragm Pump

Diaphragm Pump

  • MP-20 Built for rugged industrial applications

Each of our diaphragm pumps works with a membrane, connected to a power source on one side and a liquid chamber on the other side.

The power source expands and contracts the diaphragm, which forces fluid into the chamber during expansion and outward during contraction.

  • Categorized as a positive displacement, reciprocating pump
  • Create a steady, pulsing flow
  • Uses check valves at the inlet and outlet to ensure unidirectional flow
  • Not for heavy slurries
  • Maximum flow rate of 5.6 GPM
  • Maximum pressure of 400 PSI
  • Good for rugged applications where high pressure is required

Diaphragm Pump Frequently Asked Questions

Can the pump run continuously?
Yes
What is the life expectancy?
2500 hours running at 200 PSI
Can the flow rate be varied?
Yes, there are two options. First you can adjust the voltage. Second, you can constrict the outlet (which diverts excess flow to the bypass valve)

Use Cases Include

  • Insulation contracting
  • Roofing equipment
  • Drink dispensers
  • Fire proofing
